DENTAL INSURANCE & CLAIM SUBMISSION:

In our office, we deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost. We offer payment options that work for all of our patients. We are a Delta Dental Premier Provider and are therefore, only contracted with Delta Dental insurance plans. We do accept out-of-network dental insurance and please note that there is a 50% estimated co-payment due at the time of service for non-Delta Dental insurance plans.

As a courtesy to you, we will process and track insurance claims on your behalf. Please keep us informed of any changes to your dental insurance plan. The majority of insurance companies respond to the claim within four to six weeks. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, regardless of what your insurance coverage may be.

Please be advised that we do not bill medical insurance.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We accept cash, check and most major credit cards.

Financing may be available through CareCredit.  (www.carecredit.com)
